Exercise When You Can
If you want to lose weight and gain muscle, it’s quite obvious that you’re going to need to start exercising at some point. However, considering how much you already have to do with work and your little ones, and how exhausted you likely are, I highly doubt you’re going to be running any marathons anytime soon. Instead, plan to exercise when you can. If you genuinely don’t have the energy to go to the gym one evening, that’s fine, but don’t procrastinate and find excuses not to go, as this isn’t going to give you any help.

However, your body mainly builds up muscle when you’re asleep, so if this is your goal, you need to get some shut-eye. Ideally, you should be getting 8 to 9 hours of rest a night, but I’m sure your baby is making that impossible. Instead, a mere 30 extra minutes of sleep will do you a world of good.
When you become a dad, everything tends to get bigger – Your car, your house, your exhaustion, and your bills. Your body does not need to be added to this list. Be sure to follow these simple steps if you want to look a little more like a Greek God and a little less like Father Christmas.
